When a moving truck company makes a shipment, it usually means the truck does not return to the same facility. The rental of the vehicle is just for a one-way trip. This is actually more expensive than a round-trip rental. But charges are dependent on the company and the season of the delivery. It is very difficult to find a one-way shipment at a reasonable price during the peak season.

Making use of one-way moving truck rentals on a weekend is more expensive compared to renting it for the same purpose on a weekday.
