When dealing with the problems of daily life, we may have the desire to just give up and give in to depression. However, there are some reasons why we just shouldn't resort to that.
1. FamilyIt can be very hard on your loved ones when you are depressed. Inasmuch as they may be concerned and want the best for you, the very well may at times wonder why you can't just get over your problems. It can be particularly hard on children of someone with depression as it may affect their outlook on life for many years to come. Remember children are wonderful imitators and may very well reenact what they see their parents or older siblings constantly engaging in.
2. WorkHave you ever heard people say:'Leave Your Personal Problems at home'!' It is more difficult to concentrate and not as easy to create and maintain good professional working relationships and partnerships. Furthermore, it makes being motivated to even work more unlikely. As a result complacency or even failure at work tends to become the end result.
3. LoveThe love life of a person with depression can suffer tremendously. If one allows their personal problems to be the core challenge for both parties in the couple, it can become very demanding. Needless to say, this can hamper a healthy sex life thus adding additional strain to a couple's problems.
4. Health ?C'As a man thinks in his heart, so is he'; 'Guard your hear for it is the wellspring of your life'. These are two cryptic statements that say a lot. Research has shown that people who are depressed tend to have more hospital visits that those who are not. That considered, it goes without saying that one has to fight the battle with depression to keep one's health intact.
Overcoming depression can help your life in many ways. You become stronger, do better at work, have better relationships, and can focus on what is really important in life so that you can improve it, for yourself, your family, friends, and loved ones.
So don't give up hope when it seems you can't deal with depression. You can and success at it can be yours.

This lent itself into finding the solutions to the maladies acne and asthma, of which he was suffering, after other conventional methods proved unsuccessful. Consequently, this placed him on the path of naturopathy otherwise known as drugless healing.
Through a radical change in diet and exercise: (Yoga and Calisthenics), he was able to banish close to a decade of his marring acne and a lifetime of asthma. Along with this came the disappearance of depression, lethargy and a marked increase in overall health and fitness.
Convinced of the efficiency of the methods passed down from great health pioneers, in his words: "My goal is to show as many people as I can the wonderful results of Nature's way of healing the body if she's only given half a chance! There is no limit to the potential the human body has when it adheres to her laws! With proper diet, positive mental attunement and exercise, any and everyone can unshackle the bondage of misery and disease in one's own life."
